We ran him ragged with a last minute change to install trim. He made no gripes and was able lay out the cost and the availability of materials that we wanted for this additional service. "Dan Peteanu is a damned genius! I had him do a bid on our new house, which is about 100 years old, after 3 other flooring specialists told me it wasn't possible to get wood floors. Dan came in and laughed about it. The other floor guys gave me bids that left out certain areas of the house. Not only did he inform me that he could get the wood floors in areas that the other guys couldn't, he underbid each of them for the total job by around $4000. Dan is a great guy and has become a good friend. He even offered to help me move a hot tub without being asked. You just won't find contractors you can trust like this ANYWHERE! HIRE THIS MAN!"
